Imam Muhammad al-Jawad (‘a) is reported to have instructed the man who had sent him a letter, complaining about the accumulation of debts, to implore Almighty Allah’s forgiveness and to make his tongue always wet by reciting Surah al-Qadr.

To settle debts, implore Almighty Allah’s forgiveness and keep your tongue always wet by reciting [Surah al-Qadr](A101).
