Verse that Survived the Sea
ALAA ILAL LAAHI TASEERUL UMOOR.
Now surely to Allah do all affairs eventually come.
Dua with an Open Qur'an
In the second third of one of the nights of Ramazan, hold a copy of the Holy Qur'an open before you, recite this supplication, and then pray to Allah for whatever you need:
ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ALUKA BIKITAABIKAL MUNZALI WA MAA FEEHI WA FEEHISMUKAL A'ZAMUL AKBAR, WA ASMAA-UKAL HUSNAA, WA MAA YAKHAAFU WA YURJAA AN TAJ'ALANEE MIN U'TAQAA-IKA MINAN NAAR.
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your revealed Book and what is in it - and in it is Your Greatest, Most Great Name and Your Most Beautiful Names - and in the name of what is feared and hoped for, to make me one of those whom You free from the Fire.
